Aaron & Shanice

When I asked Aaron & Shanice if they wanted to do a dawn shoot I was very surprised that they were up for the idea. It was chilly, really chilly, but they were incredible to photograph and to top it off the lighting was gorgeous. I couldn’t have asked for a better day for it. Shanice informed me before the shoot that she was going to be wearing a vintage dress that one of her old relatives owned and that she would be bringing a picture of her 2 parents who unfortunately passed away some time ago. I was more than happy to incorporate them both into the shoot and think it all tied in well with the day. Im really looking forward to photographing their wedding next year. Congratulations on your engagement Aaron & Shanice.

Jade & Sam

Sometimes in life the things we can say or the words we can write and type are never enough to describe the feeling of achievement or accomplishment that one feels. I’m having one of those moments. For so long I have been a wanderer, searching for something that would captivate me. I was lost in this busy world trying so desperately to find were I fit in it all. Finally I can rest easy as I have found where I belong, Photography.

When looking back to my teens never would I have imagined that I would be where I am now. Never would I have imagined that Me of all people would be blessed enough to take photos of beautiful people, magnificent structures and amazing moments in someones life that they will always cherish and their children will always cherish. I ask myself all the time ,”Why me?” and ill never know why. But I’m loving every moment of it.

I was very blessed to have the pleasure of flying to Melbourne and photographing Jade & Sam’s wedding last month. For me this was a dream come true and loved every minute of it. I can see why most Australians love Melbourne.
